Rates

Rates for USU Research, both instruments Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. $10.00/hour Monday to Friday, 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. $7.00/hour Saturdays and Sundays $7.00/hour NMR charges are billed in quarter-hour increments. For facility personnel to perform instrument operation an additional $20/hr is charged, but only for the actual time setting up data acquisition and processing the results, not for significant data acquisition time in between. There is no additional charge for user training. When charges to a PI for a single month exceed $500, subsequent charges for that month will be reduced by one-half. For example, a monthly charge of $1,000 will be reduced to $750. This regulation applies only to on-campus users.
